Please find your room number in the email or text message that we sent to you.
Please type in the code that is in the message and take your key out from the key box.
The key boxes are located:
Rooms 1-13 / Next to each room's door
Rooms 14-16 / On the left side of the reception door
Room 14 - Your room is located inside of reception. The key card will give you access to both the reception and your room.
Room 15 - Your room is located on the other side of reception. The key card will give you access to both the reception and your room.
Room 16 - Your room is located inside of reception. The key card will give you access to both the reception and your room.

We have Netflix already on the TV.
To checkout, simply leave the key on the table and shut the door and housekeeping will collect.
Sing out with any questions, we are never far away.
Reception hours are Monday to Saturday 8 am to 8 pm and Sundays 9am to 6pm, however if the matter is urgent there is an after-hours service. Please call 5144 2744 and please press "1" to go through to the after-hours service. Our mobile number will not be monitored after 8pm.
